JobDescription - To gather field ormarket intelligence of the products in order to initiate
appropriate recommendations in marketing proposals todevelop and assure the
products is competitivein terms of pricing, packaging and promotion;
-To develop the product concept, marketing positioning and brandingfor new
products;
- Toperform product impression trial to evaluate the product efficacy,acceptance
and quality;
- Toliaise, establish and negotiate with supplier on business terms andconditions;
- To develop total product packagingconcept including product name and label to
fitthe relevant market expectation and regulatorycompliance;
- To work closely with all othercross-functional departments, i., Purchasing.
Marketing Development, Product Development and etc toensure smooth
execution of plans and Operationalsupport for any product related activities;
- Todevelop and execute marketing strategies, integrated marketing planand
activities as well as training withMarketing Development Department to achieve
theset growth, market share and profitability for theproducts;
- To monitor the sales performanceclosely of new product and conduct analysis
onthe promotion and activity effectiveness;
- Toset targets on a monthly basis for review and control andpropose
recommendations
forimprovement when necessary;
- To achieve monthlyand/or quarterly sales goals by engaging clients,applying
products and providingconsultation;
- To provide advice and recommendservices to customers as well as provide
excellent and follow up services towardcustomers;
- To build and maintain goodrelationship with customers;
- To coach anddevelop staff and encourage cooperative teamwork;
- To determine and allocate sales goals to each SalesExecutive;
- To coordinate or arrange SpecialEvents and Special Offers for respective
products;
- To conduct market research,competitors' analysis and relevant information to
prepare presentation for both new and existing products,and to update it from
time to time to ensurerelevance and as deemed required;
- To preparemonthly and annual sales report as well as annualbudgets;
- To prepare and submit monthly workingplan together with the time frame to the
management for Key Performance Index (KPI) purpose, i.e.,to know what tasks /
jobs given for the monthand how much time required to complete the particular
tasks / jobs;
- All tasks must have theconsent of the management;
- Other duties andspecial projects as at when assigned.
