JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Build a good rapport with the customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiates and follow up business deals.Prepare quotations, track delivery progress, manage goods returns, and handle commercial agreements in line with company policies.Carry out action plans like making regular calls/visits, taking orders, and sales monitoring to reach sales targets.Provide insights on competitor activities and products by updating the competitor report.Be alert to changes in market trends and keep management updated accordingly.Respond to customer feedback and ensure follow-up on resolving customer complaints.To prepare reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing data.Engage in continuous improvement activities to enhance sales workflows, sales strategies, and customer satisfaction. Handle and collect payments from customers timely.Work with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective business processes.Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time. JOB REQUIREMENTS Qualification Required: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma any field.Minimum 3 years of sales experience in FMCG particularly in Food/Beverage industry Having experience in handling Food Service Distributorship is highly desirable.Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.Self-motivated and aggressive in achieving the sales target.Able to work in fast-paced and demanding environment.Candidate needs to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.Well versed in MS Office applications and familiar with ERP/SAP SystemResourceful, trustworthy, results-oriented with good interpersonal and negotiation skills.The candidate must be willing to travel (local) independently.1 Full-Time position available We thank all applicants.
