We are an established events company in KL looking for immediate hiring of an Sales Executive/Manager (Constrcution and Renovation)

Position : Sales Executive / Manager (Construction and Renovation)
Salary : Basic + commission 
Responsibilities:


- Establish contact with potential clients to achieve revenue targets


- Deliver excellent customer service at all times


- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies and initiatives for construction and renovation projects


- Liaise and coordinate with client, design and project team, sub-contractor and preparation of relevant documents to ensure smooth operation


- Collection of payments


- Plan and execute project activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and of good quality standard


- Manage overall pre-project planning, deadlines and execution, site inspection of works in progress whenever necessary


- To negotiate with supplier and recommend suitable price, to immediate superior for approval

; Requirements:- Qualifications: 


- Diploma or Degree in Marketing or related field of study


- A minimum of 2 years of sales and project experience in the construction and renovation industry


- Able to work under pressure/weekends/public holidays, when required


- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills


- Good spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage


- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)


- An independent and proactive team player with a positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment


- Possess own transport and willing to travel
