Salary Package: Basic + Commission (Earning more than RM6000++ and above) Job Descriptions: To overseeing and managing the respective regional or area sales operation and trade matter included of key account customer (IKA/LKA) that assigned for.To conduct planning and execution of marketing strategies and A&P for the respective channels and retailers.Developing and maintaining the close working relationships with local retailers buyer as well as IKA/LKA buyer etc.To manage and overseeing the sales force team and include merchandising for the operation and execution at regional or branches level. To review and pre plan for all the promotion activity as well trade marketing activity based on the pre approved budgets.Work closely with cross functional team such as Finance, Logistics, warehouse and also sales marketing team to ensure that the plan executed accordingly.To monitor and following up for the monthly AR matter and collection update.To research and provide feedback on competitors pricing and also other's market development to ensure company is ahead always.Achieving monthly KPIs and sales target against planned for product category performances, promotion effectiveness, and suggestion on strategy for improvement if any etc.To review and pre plan for all the promotion activity as well trade marketing activity based on the pre approved budgets as per IKA/LKA timeline.Experience in handling key account will be more advantages. Job Requirements: SPM, Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field with minimum 1-3 years of experience in similar industry.Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.Track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.Added advantage if you are from FMCG sales & distribution field.Good communication skill in Mandarin as you will be liaising with Mandarin speaking clients.
