-Preferred Experience: Has extensive solar EPC network and existing solar sales experience. -Education: Diploma holder or higher; qualifications in Engineering/Finance preferred.-Experience: 2-5 years in solar sales.-Skills: Excellent interpersonal, relationship management, and communication skills (written and verbal).-Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.-Technical Skills: Computer literate with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.-Mobility: Own transportation and willingness to travel outstation if required.-Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, excellent time management, and ability to present data clearly.-Work Ethic: Result-oriented and able to work independently with minimal guidance.
