Sales Executive (With Commission)

Responsibilities: • Be the firstpoint of contact for sales inquiries, product launches, andexciting events. • Deliver outstanding sales andcustomer service experiences to both existing clients and potentialprospects. • Join dynamic roadshows,exhibitions, and events to showcase ourbrand.  • Drive the sales process bymanaging loan applications and overseeing SPA execution to seal thedeal. Requirements:- · At least3-5 years of working experience in Property Development or RealEstate background would be an addedadvantage. . Abilityto work in Setia Alam/Puncak Alam . Job commencement to be midOctober/November .Mandarin speaking candidates are preferred · Goodspoken and written communication skills in English, Mandarin andBahasa Malaysia language. · Good convincing skill andsocial selling. · Friendly and confidentpersonality with a smart appearance. · Able towork independently and a team player. · Able towork on weekends and public holidays. · Excellentcommunication, presentation and people management skills includingbeing non-confrontational when dealing with irate internal orexternal customers. · Commercial Awareness —Consistently in touch with current market development includingcompetitors' information and aware of the target market well andhave the ability to create campaigns that grab the attention ofcustomers and solves problems. · Computerskills such as working knowledge of how to use Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
