Sales Interior Designer

Follow up/ meeting client and produce furniture layout plan, style proposal & quotation based on customer's requirement.Presenting ideas and concepts to clients accordingly.Produce creative ideas and concepts and developing interactive design.Coordinate and manage site progress with the project manager.Manage project costs, collaborate closely with 3D visualizer & colleagues from relevant departments. What do you need to have to be successful in this role? Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Art/Design/Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.Excellent time management skill and able to meet tight deadlines.Strong sense of responsibilities, highly energized, independent, pleasant personality and a good attitude.Bilingual in Mandarin & English to communicate with Mandarin speaking counterparts. Candidates who are fluent in mandarin is preferred as the role requires dealing with mandarin speaking clients.At least 2 Year(s) of relevant working experience in interior design industry.Possess own transport.
