Bhd. is actively seeking an experienced Head of Business Development/Sales to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in driving the growth and success of our company, specializing in delivering tailored solutions to a diverse range of businesses. Key Responsibilities: Take ownership of achieving and surpassing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within various industries, with a focus on understanding the unique needs of different B2B clients.Develop and implement all the sales strategy, planning & distribution strategies of the company.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their business needs, and identifying opportunities for growth.Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and development.Develop and execute promotional campaigns and initiatives to drive sales and revenue growth.Coordinate shipments and logistics for overseas orders.Collaborate with marketing team to develop strategies for global expansion.To represent the companies brand and values in all contact with customers so that customer retention and repeat business is maximized.Follow up on outstanding invoices, communicate with customers regarding payment terms, and ensure timely collection of payments.Actively manage a sales pipeline ensuring customers receive the required updates and cases fund within the desired time frames.Lead contract negotiations and agreements within various sectors, consistently achieving and surpassing revenue objectives.Develop and execute targeted sales strategies and tactics within different markets, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.Work closely with other business departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and identify sales opportunities. Job requirements: At least 3-5 years of working experience in the FMCG industry (Food & Beverages).Strong knowledge of FMCG industry trends, market dynamics, and customer behavior.Ability to work independently and willing to travel.Positive attitude in a hyper-growth, fast-paced, continually evolving environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Prefer experiences in export business.Self-motivated and result oriented.Logical thinking, issue-driven thinking and critical thinking skills.Able to work under pressure to meet deadline, able to work independently and coordinate well in a team.Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia both verbal and written. Able to speak in Mandarin is a must as you need to liaise with mandarin speaking clients.
