Sales Manager/Commissioner

Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, promoting the company's travel products and services.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Follow up on customer needs and provide customised travel solutions for customers.
Participate in market research and analyse competitors and market trends.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of customer orders.
Report sales performance and market feedback regularly to optimise sales plan.
Requirements:
University degree, preferably in marketing, tourism management or related majors.
1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the tourism industry.
Good communication skills, negotiation skills, and customer service awareness.
Able to achieve sales targets independently with strong self-driven and teamwork spirit.
Proficient in using office software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
Able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment with strong stress tolerance.
