Sales Manager/ Director

- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company objectives.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Set sales targets and ensure the team meets or exceeds them.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
- Identify and target new markets and customer segments.
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets.
Requirements- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in frozen food field.
- At least SPM and above or related field.
- Must possess own transport.
- Willing and has ready to travel.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Must be able to speak English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.
