Sales Manager

Job Description To assist Head of Operations and other Senior Management in all sales.Manage in-house sales team and improve their performance.Come up with strategies to improve sales for the Group.Able to do sales projections for the Group.Liaise with end financiers and bankers.Liaise with real estate agents and potential buyers.Liaise with all relevant Government departments.To update relevant sales systems for the Group on a daily basis.To review and improve the current sales systems if necessary.Any other matters relating to sales.Requirements Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.At least 5 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.Working Days And Working Hours 5-day work week - 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (compulsory to work on Sundays)Salary : RM9,000
