Working experience in the IT network or CCTV field is required. Experience in managing distribution channel relationships in sales is preferred. Have strong relationship management skills. Resourceful and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize. Positive attitude, independent, self-driven, self-motivated and good coordination skills. To identify market requirements and grow the business. Responsible for detailed channel management and dealers' target. To monitor and build market shares in the market. To lead dealers to achieve key performance measures and solve their inquiries on products, promotions and after-sales services. To maximize brand presence and awareness in the market. To manage channel development and relationship management
