They are preparing to launch an exciting new line of premium knives targeted at the global market, with initial entry points in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Their brand has a strong focus on culinary excellence rooted in a strong foundation of quality, enabling their customers to achieve more with their knives/kitchenware while delivering delight and joy to their lives.
They are looking for an experienced, motivated, and results-driven salesperson to join this exciting new venture which builds on decades of expertise in the sector. This person will play a critical role in driving our international sales strategy and executing our market expansion, particularly in the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Development & Expansion:
o Develop and implement sales strategies for entering and growing in the UAE and Saudi Arabia markets, identifying and cultivating new business opportunities in the region.
o Establish and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and direct-to-consumer channels.
2. Sales Targets & Business Growth:
o Meet or exceed defined sales targets and KPIs, focusing on increasing brand presence and market share within the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
o Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with distributors and retailers to maximize profitability.
o Strong analytical capabilities.
3. Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, chefs, culinary professionals, KOLs, and decision-makers in the kitchenware and luxury sectors.
o Provide product training and support to clients to ensure proper brand representation and increase sell-through rates.
4. Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis:
o Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer behaviors, and competitors' positioning, ensuring the brand's sales strategies are aligned with market demands and consumer preferences.
o Provide feedback to internal teams on market trends, product performance, and customer feedback.
