TheSales Managerwill be responsible for guiding the team and dedicated to the overall coordination of the sales processes. You will take ownership of facilitating all sales activity across our clients, working closely with relevant stakeholders and meeting the overall business strategy.
Build and lead a high-performing team of sales consultants.
Identify, recruit, build potential sales consultants, fostering their growth and development.
Delegate responsibilities, provide guidance, and motivate consultants to consistently achieve outstanding results.
Conduct quarterly resource planning to optimise team performance.
Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies in line with the company's overall business objectives.
Foster enduring client relationships, anticipating future opportunities and ensuring client satisfaction.
Take ownership of planning and setting ambitious targets for the sales team.
Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless sales processes.
Align sales activities with the overall business strategy, contributing to the company's growth and profitability.
Ad-hoc tasks which are aligned with the role and business objectives.
Job Requirements5 to 8 years of proven sales experience, demonstrating a track record of consistently exceeding targets.
Strong leadership experience, including managing and mentoring a sales team.
Senior Sales Consultant with a readiness to transition into a leadership role.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
A strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market trends and adapt sales approaches accordingly.
