Role Overview
As aSales Manager , you will lead and oversee the sales team, develop strategies to boost revenue, and ensure that sales targets are achieved. You will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and working closely with other departments to align sales efforts with the company's overall goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Lead, manage, and inspire the sales team to deliver outstanding performance.
Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, provide coaching, and set actionable goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Monitor and analyze sales metrics (e.g., conversion rates, revenue, customer acquisition costs) to track progress and identify improvement areas.
Prepare regular sales reports for senior management with insights and recommendations.
Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns and promotions with sales strategies.
Provide customer feedback to marketing and product teams to refine offerings and improve customer experience.
Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members.
Mentor and develop the skills of existing team members to enhance their performance and career growth.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities and risks.
Develop pricing strategies, sales campaigns, and other initiatives to gain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
Experience:Minimum 3-5 years of proven success in sales, preferably in the fashion, retail, or e-commerce industry.
At least 2 years in a leadership role managing a sales team.Skills:Strong leadership and motivational skills to drive team performance.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships and collaborate with internal teams.
Proficient in analyzing sales data and making data-driven decisions.
Fluency in Mandarin is required to cater to our key customer base.Attributes:Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
