What we're looking forWe are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead a team of 7-8 Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) in our Malaysia office. This role is essential for driving team performance, ensuring adherence to activity metrics, and achieving monthly SQL (Sales Qualified Lead) and CW (Closed Won) targets. You will build a high-performance, cohesive team culture while upleveling the skills of team members.
