Responsibilities:Sales responsibility for the assigned sales area and/or key customers.
Sales-oriented support and acquisition of new customers.
Share of wallet increase with existing accounts.
Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in strategic customer accounts.
Collaborate with the Business Units to close agreements with large customers.
Technical and commercial development of highly customized solutions and offers.
Preparation of offers, ensuring further offer tracking and closing.
Monitoring of the market in relation to competitors as well as technical and commercial trends.
Planning and implementation of product presentations and local trade fairs with support from the HQ.
Participation in regular sales meetings and assistance in determining the short and medium-term sales planning.
Complaint recording, forwarding to customer service, and ensuring customer-oriented processing.
Minimum Requirements:5 years' experience in sales, preferably in the vacuum industry or in related areas such as mechanical engineering, components, or similar in the high-tech industry.
Distinct customer and market orientation.
High technical training in mechanical engineering or physics.
Travel activity approx. 50-60%.
Good handling of MS Office products and ERP systems.
Good English language skills in speaking and writing are necessary.
