Job Responsibilities:

Budget Management:
Develop and oversee budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation for campaigns and activities.
Brand Development:
Enhance brand image and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
Client Relations:
Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Develop strategies for client retention and satisfaction.
Monitor sales metrics and achieve revenue targets.
Explore new markets, products, or services for growth.
Work with product, finance, and operations teams to align efforts with company goals.
Track industry trends and competitor activities to guide decision-making.
Campaign Management:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, analyzing their impact through KPIs.
Reporting:
Prepare detailed performance reports and presentations for senior management.
Use data analysis to refine strategies.
Public Relations and Partnerships:
Oversee external communications and PR efforts.
Establish partnerships to broaden market reach and offerings.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Development, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Own transportation is essential.
