Responsibilities:Responsible for the sales performances and operations.
Ensure the guidelines and operational procedures are compiled by the branch.
Manage, develop, support and innovate the sales team.
Involve in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Review, assess and make recommendations for improvements on the product, service and policy by monitoring competition in the current marketplace.
Ensure the execution of product, distribution, visibility, pricing, and promotion is done according to company standards.
Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
Meet with customers virtually and provide good service to solve customer problems.
Monitor, maintain and improve service quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
Respond to customer inquiries, suggestions, complaints, and other details.
Establish and maintain customer relationships to enhance sales volume and business growth.
Develop and maintain good business relationships with new and existing customers and all sales activities.
Develop new market segments and widen the customer base.
Demonstrate and present company products to potential customers.
Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings when needed.
Assist in order and ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Requirements:Candidate must possess at least SPM and above.
Candidate with a Diploma in Sales/Marketing/Business or equivalent will be an added advantage.
At least 5 years of working experience in sales, especially in a related position will be an added advantage.
Preferably with sales experience in the FMCG industry.
Self-motivated and willing to take up new challenges.
Good entrepreneurial skills, strong business acumen, resourceful, trustworthy, and possess integrity.
Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Applicant must be willing to work in Kuantan, Pahang.
