Job DescriptionDevelop new customers and grow existing key customers.
Plan and execute comprehensive sales strategy development.
Provide sales & technical support to customers.
Prepare proposals & quotations for customers.
Identify markets and customers.
Enhance company name and reputation.
Take necessary business trips and actively participate in sales activities.
Lead sales team, provide training to sales team, and monitor sales team performance.
Provide monthly sales reports and forecasts to track sales progress.
Meet company targets.

RequirementsDegree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
Preferably with working experience in Semiconductor, PCBA industry, Medical/Automotive/Optoelectronics, LED, etc.
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Ability to negotiate with customers at all levels.
Make product recommendations and provide technical support.
Fluent in English communication & presentation skills, advanced in MS Office.
Organizational, analytical, technical, sales, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Independent, self-disciplined, able to work with minimum supervision and strong teamwork.
