As a Sales Manager at PN E-SHINE SDN.
BHD., you will play a vital role in driving the company's sales performance and achieving its ambitious growth targets.
This full-time position is located on Penang Island, Penang and will see you leading a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional results.
What you'll be doing
Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals
Recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing sales team
Analysing sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and support
Staying up-to-date with industry developments and adjusting sales tactics accordingly
Providing regular reports and presentations to the leadership team
What we're looking for
Extensive experience in sales management, preferably within thesalesindustry
Proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing sales teams
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
A strategic mindset and the ability to think critically about sales challenges
Relevant tertiary qualifications inmanagementor a related field
