Job Responsibilities:Manage and oversee Sales department overall function.
Develop business growth plans and sales strategies to increase market share, generate additional sales revenues, and improve profitability of the company.
Mentoring, training, and coaching team members to successfully close business.
Maintain and foster relationships with existing and new customers to ensure continuous success accounts.
Perform sales activities for major accounts and develop and generate new sales accounts or opportunities for the company.
Formulate and implement all sales policies, practices, and Standard Operating Procedures.
Monitor KPI performance for sales department and conduct periodic reviews on the progress of Sales personnel.
Liaison with internal department functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives as necessary.
Accomplish department and organization mission and objectives by completing related results as needed.
Responsible for payment collection from customers.
Train and supervise all subordinates under your coverage.
Conduct appraisals of staff and periodic evaluations including confirmation of employment.
Prepare and provide monthly KPI reports.
Requirements:Possess sales experience in the automotive industry (advantageous).
Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation.
Possess B full license (advantageous).
