Sales Manager

Responsibilities: Achieve growth and hit sales targets bysuccessfully managing the sales team.Designand implement a strategic business plan that expands the company'scustomer base and ensure its strong presence. Carry out recruitingcompany products, objective-setting, coaching, andperformance-monitoring of sales among therepresentatives.Build and promote strong,long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them andunderstanding their needs.Present sales,revenue, and expenses reports plus realistic forecasts to themanagement team DAILY.Keen to learning newproducts and explore with Pro-activeattitudeIdentify emerging markets and marketshifts while being fully aware of new products and competitionstatus. Requirements: Possess at least aCertificate / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or arelated field.Successful previous experienceas a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting orexceeding targets.Committed to continuouslearning through workshops, seminars andconferences.Demonstrated ability tocommunicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at alllevels of the organization.Proven ability todrive the sales process from planning toclosing.Good business sense and industryexpertise.Strong mentoring, coaching andpeople management skills.
