Recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing sales team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Coaching and mentoring team members to improve their sales skills and performance.
Analysing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and optimise sales processes.
Working closely with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and analyse sales performance.
