Sales Manager(Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description / Responsibilities  
?To manage the overall car dealership operation for sales.
?Recognize developing markets and changes in market dynamics.
?Attain growth and meet sales objectives through effective management of the sales team.
?Regularly organize sales meetings and oversee the performance of sales advisors.
?Capable of offering guidance and motivation to sales advisors as necessary.
?Evaluate current performance and suggest new directions
?Sustain and enhance customer satisfaction levels.
?Address customer complaints in accordance with the dealership's protocols and guidelines.
?Ensure a professional appearance is maintained.
?Handle ad-hoc assignments and projects as delegated by management.
?Continuous training provided by the principal.       
Requirements
?Demonstrate a strong customer-focused mindset and exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
?Possess outstanding leadership abilities and the capability to effectively manage and lead the sales department.
?Require a minimum of 2 years of experience in managerial positions, with prior experience in supervising direct reports or subordinates.
?Strong communication abilities in Bahasa Malaysia and English are required, with fluency in Mandarin considered an added advantage.
?Possess knowledge of vehicle features, technologies, specifications, and automotive industry.
?Available to work on weekends and public holidays.
?Possess own transport with a valid driving license.
?Applicants must be willing to work in Balakong.
