Sales Strategy: Evaluate and adjust current sales strategies while developing and implementing new ones to meet revenue goals, protect existing market share, and drive growth in the wax emulsion and oil specialty sectors.Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing clients and attract new customers to ensure lasting partnerships. Understand client needs and deliver customized solutions.Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in industries such as construction, technical rubber goods (TRG), and tire & rubber.Negotiations: Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and sales agreements in collaboration with the Commercial Manager to secure profitable outcomes.Sales Coordination: Work with Sales Support teams, including Customer Service and Logistics, to manage customer scheduling and deliveries.Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Deliver accurate sales forecasts and maintain comprehensive records of sales performance. Prepare detailed reports on market trends, competition, and customer feedback.Market Trend Analysis: Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and emerging industry needs to inform product development.
