Role and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for working with team to achieve the  revenue targets set by the companyResponsible to provide leadership and strategic direction for the growth of the sales team.Responsible for ensuring a healthy sales pipeline from prospecting to close of accounts and forecasting Ability to coach and develop team members to maximise their sales performance and with focus on accelerating  the development of high potential employees to achieve sales goals Ability to set sales budgets and develop sales implementation plans in line with  company business goals and  performance objectivesDevelop and manage strong relationships with key customers and business partners as part of product and market development initiativesAble to collaborate with other business units and senior managers to  ensure mid and long term revenue growth 
Relevant ExperienceBachelor's degree in Science or related fields.Minimum 5 year working experience in the scientific lab industry.Successful track record in sales managementResourceful, analytical and able to able to perform under pressure
