Sales Manager, Semiconductor

About the Company Our client is a leading supplier of high performance test contacting solutions in the global semiconductor industry.
They are looking for a Sales Manager/Assistant Sales Manager to increase sales in the assigned territory (central to northern Malaysia, China and Taiwan) and act as first level of application support to customers.
Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve organizational goals Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
Provide guidance, motivation, and support to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets.
Increase sales in assigned territory by providing technical advice on all design & technical related issue to company product and services.
Requirements Degree in Electronic, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
4 to 6 years experience in sales and marketing  Willing to travel local & overseas extensively for business activities.
Sales & marketing related experience.
Semiconductor manufacturing & testing experience will be added advantage.
Proven track record in driving sales performance metrics  Communication skill, sense of urgency, willing to learn attitude and work independently Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
