Sales Manager - Taman Molek Branch-(240001MP)DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesThe Sales Manager is overall responsible to plan, drive and execute the sales planning activities, whilst ensuring the team meets their deliverables and sales plan in adherence to the Bank's and related Regulatory policies and guidelines.The Sales Manager is also responsible to provide the appropriate guidance, coaching, motivate and support their team members whilst ensuring the necessary resource retention, continuous performance improvement and career progression.
The sales manager role is responsible to lead the team and grow the productivity & business.
It also require work closely with multiple stakeholder running the team day to day operation.
QualificationsRequirements Possess recognized degree, higher diploma or related professional qualification with minimum 3 years' experience in leading, supervising, managing and directing a sales team.
Involved in sales or sales-related capacity as Team Leader or Sales Manager with some credit background.Experience in SMe Business > 2 years knowledges & track record in managing sales performance.Understands business management and team dynamics.
Exhibit leadership qualities with mentoring, coaching and people management skills to effectively manage a diverse group of sales individuals.
Able to work independently, is self-motivated and self-starter.
Possess excellent interpersonal, intrapersonal, written and verbal communication skills.Exhibits enthusiasm, strong drive (able to work long hours as and when required), sense of urgency & a high achiever.
Ability to speak multiple languages or dialects will be an added advantage.
