Maintaining and serving existing customer needs
Serves customers and meeting customer needs.
Build long-term trust relationships with customers.
To handle customer enquiries by providing product information and pricing
Resolve issues and problems faced by customers with integrity.
To canvas of new business and create new client for the purpose of achieving sales target as set out by the company.
Collaborate with content teams for engaging campaign assets.
Brainstorm, develop, and implement sales and marketing strategies (online and offline) for new lead generation.

; Requirements:- Good working knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Good command in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Malay 
Good interpersonal, communication, written and customer service skills
5 ½ Day work week
An organised and pro-active team player who is able to work with minimum supervision
Meticulous, proactive, and able to work independently.
Positive work attitude, able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in relevant field, Business Administration, Business Management
Fresh Graduates are welcome or Minimum 1 year administrative experience
