Job Responsibilities
•Take a proactive approach in planning and executing marketing plans and developing sales campaigns to enhance overall sales performance.
•Analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities.
•Develop good rapport with press, business associates, and government agency to promote company's brand, products and services.
•Assist in the preparation of marketing collaterals to support sales functions.
•Arrange for product and sales launches, campaigns, and promotions
•Propose and arrange for roadshow, exhibition, property fair, soft-launch, official launch, events.
•Ensure sales materials in sales gallery, sample and show houses are sufficient for distribution to all prospects.
•To carry out marketing plan efficiently to achieve sales target.
•Effectively execute the implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance overall function of Marketing Department.
•Conduct research on market trends, competitors and industry analyses and equip sales teams with the latest market intelligence.
•Prepare reports on marketing expenses on a monthly and quarterly basis.
•To carry out marketing plan efficiently to achieve sales target.
•Perform any additional responsibilities as assigned by the Management periodically.
Job Requirements
At least Diploma / Degree in Business Admin / Marketing / Real Estate or equivalent.Minimum 5 years' experience in sales & marketing of Property/Real Estate.Preferably someone with strong sales background. Must be sales driven to support sales team / Agents in meeting targets set by the management. Knowledge in graphic design or video editing will be an advantage.Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation for work.Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal and leadership skills with an ability to analyze data for informed decision.
