Sales & Marketing Executive (Hotel/Tourism/Property)

Responsibilities:Attended sales inquiries, including call-in and walk-in customers, by providing relevant information about the product and the project with the objective of achieving sales target.
Execute marketing strategies to achieve the sales target set by the Company.
Organize and participate in property launches or exhibitions and sales office duties.
Prepare and manage the budget for marketing activities, as and when required.
Prepare sales kit & marketing collaterals.
Build and maintain good relationships with potential customers aimed to increase customer base and loyalty.
Arrange and conduct property viewings and presentations for prospective clients.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in residential property sales or a related sales role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
Thorough understanding of the real estate market, property valuation, and sales processes
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Proficient in using relevant sales tools
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
