On the Job Training provided
Key Responsibilities:Identify and engage potential clients, including corporate entities and SMEs, to build a strong client base through networking, cold calling, email, referrals, and digital platforms.
Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify client challenges and deliver tailored training and coaching solutions.
Prepare and present professional proposals through the CRM system, fostering long-term client relationships through exceptional service and consistent follow-ups.
Develop creative marketing materials and manage digital campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok to enhance brand visibility.
Plan and execute targeted digital marketing efforts, including Google Ads and email campaigns, while analyzing performance metrics to optimize results.
Coordinate training logistics, schedules, and resources, ensuring seamless participant enrollment and successful delivery of sessions.
Support trainers by preparing course materials, managing virtual sessions, and maintaining accurate training records, including evaluations and certifications.
Skills and Qualifications:
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1-2 years of working experience in sales, marketing, or a related field will be considered an added advantage.
Strong interest in sales and marketing, with a passion for driving engagement and building relationships.
Experience in managing social media platforms.
Proficiency in using Canva is an added advantage.
Proficiency with MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with a sharp attention to detail.
Highly goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
