We are looking for a dynamic sales & marketing professional to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and manage the sales process, to base at Klang Valley projects.
This role ensures effective lead generation, customer engagement, timely sales conversions, and accurate reporting while maintaining high standards for sales environments and customer service. If you're passionate about driving growth and making an impact, we'd love to hear from you.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement marketing strategies, advertising, promotional programs, and digital marketing to generate sales leads and create awareness.
Prepare and update A&P budgets for marketing campaigns, liaising with creative agencies and suppliers to ensure timely completion and delivery.
Work closely with property agencies to ensure timely sales conversions and monitor sales transactions up to SPA and loan agreements.
Handle all sales inquiries, including walk-ins, digital leads, phone calls, events, and roadshows, and close sales while generating and following up on new leads.
Assist customers with loan applications and signing agreements with panel lawyers, ensuring the timely submission of reports to authorities.
Manage and update sales-related matters on HIMS and MHub systems, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Conduct market research and compile, update, and ensure the accuracy of sales and marketing reports.
Ensure the sales gallery and show units are properly managed and maintained at all times.
Qualification and SkillsExperience in sales and full-cycle marketing within the property development industry, preferably with a minimum of 2 years.
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business or a related field.
Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a positive attitude and keen attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with MHub software is an advantage.
Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
Willingness to travel as needed.
