Sales & Marketing Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess 4 years or less of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the retail or manufacturing industry, though this is not a strict requirement.
This role involves managing events and exhibitions, as well as supporting our company's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
Manage the planning and execution of events and exhibitions, ensuring they align with the Group brand objectives and target audiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing efforts and ensure consistent messaging.
Support the planning and execution of CSR activities, enhancing the Group's community engagement and brand reputation.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement.
Prepare and present sales reports, and event outcomes to management.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy and tactics.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Up to 4 years of experience in sales and marketing; experience in retail or manufacturing is a plus.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative mindset with a passion for marketing and brand development.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
