Sales & Marketing Executive

They are committed to providing a wide range of top-notch castor wheels designed to meet the diverse needs of industries around the world.
Their product offerings are distributed both domestically and globally, reaching markets in Malaysia, Southeast Asia, Europe, and the USA.
Responsibilities:
Generate sales
- Identify & pursue new business opportunities to achieve & exceed sales targets
- Develop & maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, cold calling & networking
Client Relationship Management (CRM)
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Understand client needs and requirements, and propose suitable solutions
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
Sales reporting
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Sales strategy
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
At least 1 year of proven working experience in sales/marketing.
