ResponsibilitiesAssist with sales enquiries in the boutique and support the retail team to provide a memorable client experience.
Create, track, and update performance data/gifts inventory for Management's analysis.
Organise calling campaigns to support monthly boutique activations.
CommunicationsSupport the Marcoms team to conceptualize, develop, and implement local PR & communication activities.
Monitor the media marketplace to stay abreast of trends, identify opportunities, and emerging potential issues.
Identify new social media trends and opportunities; understand and advise how the business can expand its social media activity.
Public RelationsSupport in pitching and managing photo-shooting arrangements based on business needs to drive coverage on commercial products.
Support PR evaluation monitoring & analysis (clipping evaluation).
Support competition analysis and benchmarking research.
Develop and maintain an up-to-date media database.
EventSupport the Marcoms team to conceptualize, develop, and coordinate local & international events.
Visual Appearance of the Boutiques and POSThrough regular visits, ensure the visual merchandising (display, products presentation) and the overall appearance (lighting, logos, counters, etc.)
of all boutiques and POS are in line with brand guidelines.
VM Implementation of Animations and PLV Update for Retail and Wholesale NetworksForecast, order, budget, and implement animation themes in all boutiques and POS.
Follow up on and update visual panorama for Wholesale.
Reporting for VM related topics.
Job RequirementsCurrently enrolled in a relevant degree program or recent graduate in travel/business/mass communication/marketing.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Work in a fast-paced environment.
