Sales & Marketing Manager

Under the founder, Prof Carl Zhang's leadership, the company offers sophisticated products to improve cellular health and wellness, which includes Health & Wellness devices, Food Supplements, Skin Care and Home Care products. In 10 years, we have reached more than 10 countries and currently have office set up in countries like Singapore, Indonesia and Thailand to better serve our distributors and customers. Currently, our growing company is seeking to hire a Sales & Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the following: Responsibilities: Able to achieve company's sales goals and targets. Capable of developing a new team in addition to the company's primary client. To increase our current sales (month-to-month) by 30% in three months Develop revenue strategies and marketing campaigns Provide sufficient training for distributors to operate independently Compute the sales team's allocation based on the goals. Create comprehensive budgets and cost estimates Collaborate with operation and marketing communication departments Coordinating with international market and lead generation. Create short and long-term sales and marketing goals Evaluating costs and maintaining profit margins Maintain and expand customer feedback database and expand client base Client development is accomplished through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education. Prepare a market study and conduct an analysis with the management team Able to perform various task and projects on an adhoc basis Keep good relationship with distributors and assist them to achieve company's goals Produce reports as required by the upper management from time to time
