In 10years, we have reached more than 10 countries and currently have office set up incountries like Singapore, Indonesia and Thailand to better serve our distributors andcustomers.Currently, our growing company is seeking to hire a Sales & Marketing Manager whowill be responsible for the following:**Responsibilities**:- Able to achieve company's sales goals and targets.- Capable of developing a new team in addition to the company's primary client.- To increase our current sales (month-to-month) by 30% in three months- Develop revenue strategies and marketing campaigns- Provide sufficient training for distributors to operate independently- Compute the sales team's allocation based on the goals.- Create comprehensive budgets and cost estimates- Collaborate with operation and marketing communication departments- Coordinating with international market and lead generation.- Create short and long-term sales and marketing goals- Evaluating costs and maintaining profit margins- Maintain and expand customer feedback database and expand client base- Client development is accomplished through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education.- Prepare a market study and conduct an analysis with the management team- Able to perform various task and projects on an adhoc basis- Keep good relationship with distributors and assist them to achieve company'sgoals- Produce reports as required by the upper management from time to time
