Sales Operation Assistant at Interior Plus Group Sdn BhdOur client "Interior Plus Group Sdn Bhd" is seeking a Sales Operation Assistant to join their company!
What you'll be doing?
Sales Support:Manage client inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups.
Data Management:Maintain and update client databases and project status in the CRM system. Generate regular sales reports and analyze data to support decision-making.
Client Coordination:Serve as the point of contact between clients, the sales team, and designers, ensuring clear communication throughout the design process.
Process Improvement:Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and enhance efficiency. Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
Event Coordination:Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure that promotional materials and presentations are ready for events.
Onboarding:Assist in the onboarding of new sales team members and also offboarding.
Who are they looking for?
Education:Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, or a related field.
Experience:2 years of experience in a sales support or operations role, preferably in the interior design industry.
Skills:Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Personal Attributes:Attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
