Job Responsibilities: Providing secretarial, clerical and support for not only Sales & Operational Director, but also general F&B and Hotel operations. Coordinate day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient processes.Oversee the creation and maintenance of operational documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.Facilitate communication between different departments to ensure alignment on operational goals and strategies.Monitor operational performance metrics, analyse data, and provide insights for continuous improvement.Address operational challenges and discrepancies, implementing solutions to maintain seamless operations.Assist with payroll managements, leave applications, all data concerning in F&B and Hotel division.Providing customer service, including handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.Maintaining and updating customer databases.Taking down meeting minutes, ensuring that minutes are distributed to the relevant personnels in a timely manner.Carry out specific projects from time to time as requested by immediate superior, authorised personnel and/or Founders.Prepare reports on F&B performance, analysing trends and making recommendations for improvements. Job Requirements: Diploma in business administration, F&B, Hotel, operations management, or a related field.Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and resources efficiently.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and information dissemination.Analytical mindset with the ability to assess operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose strategic improvements.Proficiency in relevant software and tools used for operations management and documentation such as POS system, CRM system, MS Office Applications.Self-motivated, good team player, able to work independently, multi-task and take proactive action to resolved assigned tasks.Ability to work during non-office hours and public holidays.
