Job brief:We are looking for Sales Operations Executives to join our team.Sales Operations responsibilities include implementing the right processes across the company and enabling business growth. You'll assess our departments' operational methods and propose ways to improve them. Sales Operations also support our sales team to ensure our organization reaches the sales goals each year.You will also be building presentations and documents for the sales team, conducting research and analyzing data, and overseeing various administrative tasks required to ensure our organization reaches our sales goals. Ultimately, you will work with a team of Salespeople to support the overall sales process.Project management and effective communication are important operational skills. To succeed in this role, you should also be a good problem-solver with sharp analytical thinking. Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for various business functions
Analyze business requirements and customer needs
Research methods to improve operations and reduce costs
Monitor and report on department performance
Supervise and train staff in products, market, and processes for sales excellence
Provide administrative and customer support
Monitor trade activation spends and ensure claims are submitted
Handle lead generation and scheduling
Increase reps' efficiency with leads, transactions, and time management
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulationsRequirements and skillsPrevious experience as an operations supervisor or similar role
A degree in operations management or business administration is a plus
Relevant training and/or certifications in Sales Operations preferred
Knowledge of operational principles and policies
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong understanding of the sales process to support the sales team
