Sales Operations Executive

Roles & Responsibilities: Filing & documentations.Maintaining and updating customer database records.Compiling monthly Sales Reports, ensure accuracy of report & on time submission for management review.Prepare Sales Report analysis as when necessary.Expediting sales orders through internal liaison.Act as the main liaison for internal Sales CRM systemSupporting internal Sales Process.Supporting in Marketing event.Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks as when necessary. Education & Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administrative or equivalent field.2-3 years experience in sales administration, or similar role.Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.Experience with IT industry is a plus.Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.Familiarity with sales reports and customer database record.Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.Ability to travel as necessary.
