As a Sales Operations Lead at Rebarre Studio, you'll play a crucial role in driving our company's revenue growth and smooth operations. Key Responsibilities:
Drive Sales Growth:Actively seek out new sales opportunities through client engagement, calls and leveraging your understanding of our product range.
Understand Client Needs:Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their concerns and needs, and strategically propose appropriate solutions.
Identify Opportunities:Scout for potential prospects and sales leads to expand our client database and create new business opportunities.
Achieve Sales Targets:Focus on meeting and exceeding individual sales targets to directly contribute to the company's revenue.
Deliver Exceptional Service:Ensure a smooth and satisfying experience for customers by coordinating with various departments and developing client-focused solutions.
Client Servicing:Manage client enquiries to ensure optimum customer experience.
Manage Seamless Studio Operations:Manage studio booking schedules and inventory management.
