**Job description**- Sales Operations Lead_- Full time_- On site in Shah Alam, Section 15. The company is venture backed, which results in aggressive growth and expansion targets, and a fast-paced working environment.**Role Description**- **This position is playing a vital role in building up and managing Lapasar's large sales force of on-ground sales employees.**_**Performance Management of Sales Employee**- All performance evaluations to be completed on a timely manner for every headcount in every territory- All necessary formalities involved in performance evaluations must be completed accordingly- No lapse of reviews should take place- Point of liaison between the Sales Lead & HR to compile / submit to HR chronology of disciplinary matters within the team- Ensuring problematic employees under Regional Sales Managers are either trained until sales targets are met, or replaced- Semi-Automation of Performance Reviews**Route Management**- To establish the best suited methodology for management to understand what's the density of every route we operate in- Based on the methodology, to come up with a percentage of coverage in every route- Assisting the Regional Sales Managers to ensure headcounts are assigned to the routes that can yield the most returns to the organization- Compiling actionable concise reasons / justifications when coverage percentage per route is under the threshold- Coming up with a route plan / call plan for every headcount and making periodic changes- Outcome of Route management is to achieve set sales targets. _**Sales Targets of the Sales Team will be a KEY KPI for the Sales Operations Lead.**_**Onboarding - Hiring & Training**- To develop & progressively maintain / upgrade the training modules as per external / internal trends- Ensuring every newcomer is able to generate his or her first sales order as soon as training is over (on the 11th working day from date of enrollment)- Maintaining a competitive count of net workforce for the Regional Sales Managers (New work force: team members actively generating sales vs. team members in training/notice period, etc.)**CRM Management & Data Management**- Periodic clean up of all retailer creation data (PIC names, contact numbers, retailer images)- Locking of Retailer Locations- Compliance of CRM usage across all sales consultants- Incentives & Sales Force Effectiveness Reporting- Submissions of Incentives to the Finance Dept every month by the 5th (approval from management 2 days prior to submissions)- Forming & maintaining a format to track Sales Force Effectiveness based on Key Metrics (to be agreed upon)- Data Analytics- Other relevant Automation Projects related to the Sales Force- System Implementations- **If you are independent, pro-active and enjoy a fast-paced environment, this could be the role and place for you.**_**Qualifications**- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as per job description- Management skills and experience in managing subordinates- Excellent communication skills- Ability to work independently**Remuneration**- RM5,000-8,000**Benefits**- Strong Health insurance coverage / Group Term Life Insurance- GP visits by Mednefits- Professional developmentPay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):- Availability: Given you receive an offer for the role, how many weeks from the date of receiving the offer can you join us?- Salary Expectations: What is your monthly expected salary for the role?
