The Sales & Operations Manager will oversee and enhance store operations, coordinate with cross-functional departments, and drive overall efficiency in line with company goals.
Responsible for all store operations management, setting up and managing the store operations standards.Recommendations for necessary improvements point to achieve operational efficiency.Oversee and synchronize activities across departments, including store teams, warehouse, HR, and finance, to maintain seamless operations.Prepare & analyze sales reports, financial statements, and operational data to improve profitability and control costs.Develop and enforce best practices, organizational policies, and procedures to maximize productivity and achieve operational goals.Monitor adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and operational standards.Design staffing plans, delegate tasks, set schedules, and oversee the performance of retail staff.Evaluate and enhance employee productivity and quality of service.Develop and implement sales and marketing activities to increase brand presence and customer loyalty.Oversee all aspects of new store openings, from operational standards to staffing and budget management.
QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration or any related fieldAt least 5 years' experience in sales management of fashion retail businessAt least 2 years' experience at a managerial level with ability to run the business unit independentlyMalaysian citizen onlyStrong leadership, people management and presentation skillsInitiative with strong creativity and fashion senseCan-do attitude, result oriented, self-initiative, maturity and high integrityWilling to work hard and accept any challenging assignmentsStrong English proficiency is a mustComputer literacy with solid analytical skillsWilling to travel nationwide
