Job Title: Sales & Operations Support Manager

Who You Are and What You'll DoAs our Sales & Operations Support Manager, you will work closely with our Customer Development (CD) team during the Planning Meeting on forecast accuracy to build the volume plan and ensure demand phasing has sufficient stocks for the current month and the following months. You will manage short-term requests from the business and be the key contact for business requests from Distributors on the LeverEdge system for Malaysia, working with our Third-Party Support for master data setup in the LeverEdge system.

Reporting to: MYSG Business Operations LeadDirect reports: N/AIndirect reports: N/AYour Role/Key Responsibilities:Forecast Accuracy & DemandConsolidate forecasts from the Customer Development (CD) team for the current month and the next 2-3 months.Ensure all demand phasing is sufficient to cover demand for the current month and the following months.Advise on additional stock requests for the current month for stock allocation.Liaise regularly with Planner and Customer Service regarding incoming stocks against customer forecasts and orders.Share weekly demand vs forecast gaps with the CD team & forecast accuracy during CD monthly meetings and identify gaps for action.Participate in Customer Development (CD) Planning Meetings.Engage in CD Planning Meetings with Key Customers to synergize external requirements vs internal challenges to minimize risk.Manage proprietary & Chains' forecasts and phasing within the shelf-life matrix.Manage slow-moving and obsolete stocks (SLOB) by highlighting slow and non-moving stocks to the business for appropriate actions.Provide IT LeverEdge Support.Maintain Master Data for Price and Hierarchy Product Master Category, Location.Support business processes for Distributor recruitment and termination, and business requests from Distributors.Act as UAT representative for Unilever Food Solutions (UFS).Key Stakeholders:Internal:

What You'll Need To SucceedBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Engineering.Minimum of 3 years of work experience in business operations, business excellence, demand, and supply in Supply Chains.Solid analytical skills, a bias for action, responsibility, and accountability.Project management skills.Strong team spirit, proactive approach to issues and opportunities.How to Apply:Please apply online and add your updated resume.
