KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
To plan, coordinate and contribute in the discussion with applicable stakeholders/management team in generating ideas on Sales Incentive Programs especially on Discretionary Plan/ Non-Cash Award by Ensure timely submission of Discretionary Plan/NCA proposal to local, Ada management with alignment of upline/manager. To provide accurate projection for Discretionary Plan/NCA qualifiers and spend to be within budget. Track and compile Discretionary Plan qualifiers/ NCA qualifiers for reporting and approval To monitor, evaluate and analyze Discretionary Plan/NCA plan performance & improvement if needed. To compile marginal and appeal cases of Discretionary Plan qualifiers for recommendation to management for approval. To prepare Discretionary Plan requirements to Global team for proper programming by providing blueprint to RMS/Magic team To be able to utilize the tools in RMS/Magic system to support on Discretionary/NCA requirement (reporting template, data tracking, etc.) ; may include providing inputs/ideas of the future state To support Sales Qualifications assistant Manager in tracking, monitoring and validate qualifications To implement qualification review process as in track, monitor & validate as per SOP/Requirement Validate & review higher award qualifiers received all forms of recognition appropriate to their qualifying To assist achievers' recognition event Develop Change management on Sales Incentive Program/Discretionary Plan & NCA : - Communicate with Global Business System team, local market tech & eCommerce team on execution of Business Tools such as Core Plus Portal/Magic implementation which benefits ABO in building business. Constantly develop effective ways to promote & create awareness about the Sales Incentive Program. To idealize, develop content, align with Upline & champion (as speaker) on ABO Communications/Training contents in promoting the Sales Incentive Program or changes on the Discretionary awards & non-cash awards. Business SME for Digital Business Tools such as MyBiz/Core Plus Portal & ALS tracking tools Collaborate closely with Global Business System team, local market tech & eCommerce team on execute the Business Tools such as MyBiz/Core Plus Portal/Magic implementation which benefits ABO in building business. Ensure the Digital Business Tools are functioning well in supporting ABO in their daily business activities and identify challenges. Cross collaborates with multiple functions/stakeholders to establish Digital Business Tools' presence Primarily Responsible for Digital Business Tools (maintenance / upgrade) Job Segment: Change Management, Management
