Sales Recruiter (Manager Position)

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Recruiter to oversee and streamline operations, onboarding, licensing, and recruitment of Salesforces within our Partnership Distribution (PD) Channels.
This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth business processes and effective manpower planning.
Roles and ResponsibilitiesOperations Management:
Oversee onboarding (pre & post), licensing, administration, data analysis, and reporting tasks.
Monitor and streamline operations and administration tasks, including agent licensing and manpower movement reports.
Collaborate with AIA HR and Partner Bank's HR teams on HR and recruitment matters.
Strategize Salesforce Planning and Execution for all distribution Channels within PD:
Develop and implement short-term and long-term manpower plans for all distribution channels.
Monitor and report on manpower activities, ensuring alignment with business directions.
Prepare manpower forecasts and recruitment budgets.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Strengthen talent attraction and onboarding processes.
Manage recruitment screening activities and coordinate interviews.
Conduct regular engagement with sales teams and business partners to optimize headcount placement.
Recruitment Initiatives:
Explore and expand new recruitment initiatives, including career talks, campus recruitment, and career fairs.
Increase active recruiting agencies and expand job platforms for better candidate reach.
Leverage social media and other recruitment sources to attract and network with talents.
Job Requirements:Bachelor Degree in Business or Management or related disciplines.
8 years relevant working experience in Recruitment of sales related positions, preferably with on-the-ground recruitment experience of hiring Insurance Agents in Agency Distribution channels.
Candidates with strong Agency recruitment experience, handling Agency Business and dealing with Agencies will be an added advantage.
Preferably candidates with on-the-ground experience to plan and drive the Recruitment activities including Recruitment Drive, Career Talks, etc.
Experience in manpower planning exercise and manpower development activities will be an added advantage.
Dynamic, good interpersonal skills and a team player, multi-tasking, self-motivated, independent, and detail-oriented.
Strong computer skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with good analysis skills.
