Inside Sales Job Description:
-Developing and accomplishing a region lead generation plan, meeting or exceeding monthly or annual targets.
-Responsible for new account development, hone your selling skill speaking to key decision makers
-Evaluate client requirements and providing solutions
-Organize, plan and proper scheduling of sales activities.
-Execute marketing activities in promotion
-Follow up with prospects on regular/scheduled basis to secure deals soonest
-Listen and probe prospect needs and budget before suggesting suitable product or package
-Familiar yourself with the CRM system and use it well to prospect for new clients.
-Provide activity summary report at and of every working day to team lead
-Contribute to team effort by accomplishing set targets.
-Ability to achieve sales target set by the management
-Seek personal and team improvements through ongoing upgrading of sales skills and knowledge
Key Account Job Description:
-Prospecting new customers and attend to inbound enquiries from new customers.
-Maintain an up-to-date Account Plan for each account.
-Discover and scope value-creation (or sales) opportunities within the account
-Expand scope of services to new departments or organizations in your assigned accounts.
-Ensure CRM is up to date with Account information
-Provide timely progress report to your direct superior through account plan reviews
-Meet pipeline targets (size, speed and efficiency)
-Be proficient in TAS or ABS sales process (training will be provided)
-Manage and maximize digital engagement with major accounts with assistance from Marketing team.
-Ensure and achieve high customer satisfaction levels from your Major Accounts

Key Account Job Requirements
-Possess tertiary certification/qualification in Engineering, Business Management, Sales and Marketing
-Have experience (2 years or more) in a sales management or sales related employment
-Advantage in possess Mechanical CAD industry knowledge and sound IT background
-Be proficient in using Microsoft Office suite of tools
-Have high proficiency in language – particularly English
